Terms & Conditions – Karaoke Bookings
These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests attending 98 Club Bristol. By entering the venue or making a booking, you agree to comply with the following rules and policies.
1. Age Policy
98 Club Bristol is a strictly over-18s venue. Valid photo ID may be required on entry.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
98 Club Bristol operates a zero-tolerance policy. Any breach will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Dress Code
Smart / casual dress code applies.
No hoodies, hats, or sportswear.
Clean trainers are permitted.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on dress code.
4. Booking Responsibility
Guests must ensure they select the correct booking type when making a reservation.
The venue is not responsible for checking booking suitability prior to arrival.
5. CCTV & Venue Rights
CCTV is in operation at all times for the safety of guests and staff.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests at their discretion.
6. Karaoke Room Rules
Any damaged or broken equipment must be paid for on the night.
Karaoke sessions will start and finish at the times stated on your booking.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals will not result in extended session time.
Guests must not enter other karaoke rooms, even if they appear empty.
Unfinished drinks and empty bottles may not be taken off the premises.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
Our cancellation policy is compliant with UK consumer law, including the *Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations
