Karaoke Bar Events Manager

Part Time / Full Time will be considered

£11ph - £12.50ph

We are a busy karaoke/ club bar in the heart of Bristol and we are recruiting a dynamic and outgoing individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our team!

We have 5 private karaoke rooms and we host a range of birthdays, hen/ stag dos, corporate and work events.

You will be responsible for:

Liaising with student societies to organise karaoke events

Content creation

Overseeing all karaoke bookings and ensuring all our karaoke bookings are satisfied during their visit

Staff training on Karaoke machines

Keeping karaoke machines up to date

Desired:

Previous Events / Bar Management experience in a similar environment (3 years+)

Karaoke bar experience would be advantageous

Good experience of video editing

Excellent customer service skills

A flexible approach to working and understanding that there are busy and quiet times of year

Logistical thinking and natural problem solver

Ability to work weekends - due to the nature of the business, weekend work is a must! If you have lots of weekend commitments, this job is not for you!

We offer full training as well as excellent commissions and bonuses!

Bar experience in a fast paced environment would be advantageous
